Topic 10 - Write about your experience when using a service

A memorable experience for me was the first time I used the service of Torano clothing store. That day was the first time I went shopping at the store by myself instead of ordering through the app, I needed a new set of clothes to attend my friend's birthday party and I found the clothing store TORANO. After hearing positive reviews, I decided to go there and try it out.

The store is at 31 Yen Lang, Dong Da, Hanoi, the store is very large, clean, and has a lot of products. When you enter someone will open the door for you. TORANO's clothing designs are usually for men and they are very good-looking, sporty, and sophisticated for ages 17 to 35, there are also many different styles to choose from.

What really surprised me when shopping at TORANO is that the staff's service is very warm-hearted and friendly. When I had difficulty choosing clothes, the staff was very nice when giving me advice regarding clothes, so I could find a suitable outfit, it's great that I found a suitable outfit for my friend's birthday, and it wasn't as expensive at all. People can buy great clothes that are not expensive even during the holidays.

Overall, my experience with the service was great, there were a lot of great items there and the employees were very friendly. I will definitely come back again and I will introduce TORANO to all my friends.
